"Terrible place to stay - I was staying in level 5 and could not sleep due to the noise from people gambling in level 3 persisting after midnight. Windows are totally blocked by walls and advertisement board. Bed are super hard, more like sleeping on wooden board. Carpet looks dirty with stain all over the places. Will never stay in this hotel ever again."

"來到福州找了很久，最後選擇了入住新紫阳酒店，原因之一周邊的食店很多，第二價錢方面可以接受，其他沒有特別要求了，到了酒店第一個印象是舒適、前台服務員熱情接待，親切的講解，使我們感覺到了一個好朋友的家中一樣，感覺非常温暖。
房間非常清潔，沒有半點煙味，翌日看見客房服務員在認真打扫，不像以住去過的酒店的服務員，總是草率、馬虎，到了大堂經理和服務員對我的資訊，都一一耐心、詳細解答，並提供了很充足的旅游訊息，還擔心我們在外遇到問題，叮囑我們把酒店的甚至個人的電話記下，作為應急之用，最令我欣賞的要是早餐，酒店不但把大部分福州的地道美食都放在早餐桌上，使你不用到處跑也能吃到這裏的小食，而且連我們的小客人也不放過，酒店為小客人都提供了精美的食具，使他們能在歡愉的環境下享用食物。
在福州短短幾天，對於開始的時候是沒有特別要求，到最後覺是物超值，使我們在這裡渡過美好的時光，謝謝新紫阳的所有員工，謝謝你們默默的努力﹗"
