"We enjoyed our stay and everything was provided in the room! The guest handbook provided was very detailed and had translation of the Japanese words on remotes and appliances, which is very helpful. It also explained things visitors may not know about Japan rules, such as how garbage is to be separated. "Owner communicated really well which made the stay a lot more easier. Cool little apartment and definitely worth it for the price. Walls are a little thin, but we had really respectable neighbors, so there was little to no noise. Mattresses are a little thin, but then again it didn’t really bother me or my friends. There was also a cool little food street not to far from it and had a lot of good food, especially Trete which was a pasta place. Overall had a really enjoyable time, would stay here...

"에어비앤비 스타일이고, 한 아파트 내에 몇 개의 방을 대여하는 식으로 이루어지는 것 같습니다. 다르게 말하면, 옆 집 사람은 거기 사는 현지인일 수 있고요. 방은 복층이고 안에 요리기구 등등이 갖추어져있습니다. 냉장고에는 큰 페트병에 든 물도 있었고요. 침대는 푹신하고 편했습니다. 그리고 비슷한 가격의 도쿄 내 호텔에 비해서는 방도 넓은 편이었고요. 위치상으로 요가역 주변에 할 것이 딱히 많지는 않았고, 주변에 관광객들이 즐길 만한 것도 많지 않았습니다. 그렇지만 조용하게 현지인 느낌 내고 싶으면 나쁘지 않은 것 같아요. 그리고 방 내에 작은 책자가 있는데 빵집이나 식당 추천이 있어서 좋았네요."

"This is not a normal hotel. It is a small apartment with cooking hot plate, microwave, washing machine/dryer. Typical Japanesebth and shower, in room airconditioner. About a 10 minute walk to Kokubunji Train Station. All directions in room are in Japanese. So you will need a translation app. Also office staff has very limited English and they use a translation app too. You will get a feel for living in Japan with a small grocery store about a 3 minute walk. Enjoy."

"Great staff despite our inability to communicate in Japanese. Front desk even helped us to track down a package that we had sent from Amazon. They went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I took a star off for room cleanliness as there was a used popsicle stick left on the headboard of our bed by the previous guest. The rest of the room was immaculate. "

"Excellent location, staff, and rooms with complimentary water and slippers. Only issue was a few areas of the room could use more cleaning. A few surface spaces were dusty and floor needed vacuuming, especially at the air purifier. One set of pajamas also had stains and was yellow compared to the second set of pajamas. Overall, loved my stay and will come back. Very affordable and lovely hotel. "
