"The hotel is nice and most people at the reception, restaurant and housekeepers are very polite and helpful. However I have also experienced that things asked would not be done even though promised to be fixed, for example filling empty body lotion bottle. I’ve been staying at this hotel over some years. "Good location with an excellent breakfast buffet and nice rooms. Unfortunately it was quite warm when we were there and our AC did not work. Several other guests had the same problem and the staff did confirm there was a problem effecting multiple rooms and they offered us a fan and a credit. One of the two elevators also was out of order during our stay. Otherwise this seemed like a good hotel and hopefully they can get their maintenance issues fixed."

"Visiting from Canada. So close to the airport which made it a good choice for us. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff, friendly and helpful We were able to enjoy dinner there which was great that we didn't have to search out another restaurant. Breakfast was awesome. So many choices.. delicious."
