"Unexpected little oasis in the city. Very comfortable suite in a beautiful setting with a pool that is lit at night. Easy to check in and leave. Very close to the centre and the major attractions. Parking was very easy as well. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The Octant is a great hotel. Location is perfect. The staff is absolutely amazing and very helpful. They certainly go over and beyond to make your stay perfect. The hotel is clean, up to date and the breakfast is soooo delicious!! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone that goes to Sao Miguel. This is one of the nicest hotels that we have ever stayed in. Our room was comfortable, clean and amazing. We can’t wait to go back again! AND….its

"The staff were wonderful. The facilities immaculate. The design in the rooms leaves something to be desired. Very small and dark /odd decor. Very clean, great sleeping conditions. Pools and sauna Devine. Breakfast was perfection. Dinner was inconsistent in quality. One of our best meals and one of our worst. Can’t say enough about the staff. So welcoming friendly and professional ."
