"We had a great stay at Fenix West. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious w a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful Mountain View. We especially appreciate the shuttle services to and from town, which made our trip so much more enjoyable and easy to plan. There is no Onsen in the hotel but there is one conveniently in the hotel across the street, which kind of solve the issue. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel "

"Quiet and soothing location on the foothills of ski slopes . Kitchen is very thoughtfully stocked with pots and pans , cups and even salt and pepper and soya sauce . Even toaster, kettle, coffee machine , rice cooker , fridge, microwave are all provided in the room . Views are breathtaking. There is a washing machine and even soap is provided. Size of rooms and bathrooms are really big in comparison to general Japanese hotels .Many supermarkets are a within a 2 min driving distance .No restaurant or cafe in the property . Reception team is very helpful . Enjoyed our stay. "
