Great Location

Hotel right on the snow, location couldn't be better. Buffet breakfast had a wide selection and quality food. Ski hire and lift tickets available at hotel. Rooms older but clean and comfortable

Nice Place. Service staff was excellent. Arrived at 10am in the morning, expecting to check in only in the afternoon, but reception staff allowed us to check in earlier as they had available rooms. Room is clean, but slightly old. Nevertherless, service was very good.

Super dated hotel and rooms are small. Hotel is I neeed of renovation. Staff are friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was nice with a good variety.

Quiet environment away from main road.

Hotel a bit old and need renovation. Mattresses and pillows are too soft to our liking. Checking was smooth and fast. Service were also good. Location is not convenient if you don't drive. It is a ski resort during winter. Therefore its location is away from the city centre.

Food (breakfast & dinner) is excellent but would be better without dinner so can enjoy the many excellent Japanese restaurants that Furano offers.

Conventional and the bath tub is too small
