En cambio el olor de la recepción era terrible, como a tubería , llegaba casi hasta las habitaciones. "There is massive construction all around the hotel. Jack hammers Cranes. Lots of noise. The hotel is not accessible by car. Imagine our surprise to arrive at what we thought would be a perfect canal side hotel. We received no notification of the construction and refused to stay on a holiday at this hotel. The hotel refused a refund. Totally unacceptable. Do not stay here. We easily found an alternative, though we paid twice because the hotel was not honorable. We do not recommend the hotel. "

"We booked this hotel because it was not expensive. We arrived early and were surprised that we were offered a room and could go there as soon as around 9AM. The lady at reception was very nice.
