The staff service was poor. Immediately after check-in, we encountered a flush issue in the toilet and reported it to the front desk. The staff informed us that the cleaning team was unavailable and no other rooms were available. They told us to wait until 8:00 am the following morning. However, no action was taken, even by the next day.

The property is under renovation, they have staff fixing the plumbing. I was at Disney all day, when my son and I returned to the room the bathroom sink was flooded spilling dirty water on the floor. The staff said they were out of rooms so they could not provide me with another.

The rooms were dirty. The beds and bedsheets had stains.
