Staff had good English and very polite, helpful, and accommodating. Building and room were extremely clean. Room was spacious with a very nice bathroom, amenities, and a comfortable bed.

Very close to railway station and car hire. Great staff and well equipped room including charging cable for all types of connections. Would not hesitate to recommend if staying in Fukushima.

Mistakenly reserved smoking room. They helped us change to nonsmoking . Loved the house lotions and cleansers.
