The hotel is very close to Hakata station. Room is clean and more spacious than expected. You can get amenity kits you need at the reception. Security is good too as the main gate will be locked 1-6am unless you unlock it with your key card. The staff are friendly as well.

I had not been to other Japanese hotels, but was told that they are notorious for extremely small size. Compared to that, I think the size was just right for a tourist, not staying long in the room. (It might be a bit small for big men as the bathroom is compact) The location was great as it is only 5 min walk from Hakata Station. I was able to leave early for Daijafu and other suburban areas on trains. If one wants to shop and drink, Tenjin area is the place to go to. But one who wants to hop on buses and trains, this hotel is great.

Quite near to JR station. Room is clean and spacious compare to other hotels in Japan. Lobby area is comfortable. Service is superb. You can ask reception for a handy weight measurer for the luggage, which is very useful for us when packing.

Very good location near Hakata Station and cheap price. But this is reflected in a tiny room; a window facing a concrete wall on the opposite building making it quite claustrophobic. Bed was too firm for a westerner. Service was good and room was kept clean.

Near to the best Motsunabe restaurant (Maeda-ya) in walking distance. Quite convenient to the Hakata station too where you can reach to anywhere in Hakata city in 10-15 min. The room is clean and tidy. You can also ship out or pick up by using the hotel's address for your luggage. Definitely come back and choose this hotel.
