The check-in was a different location than the property which made it more difficult because I had to find 2 different places in a foreign country where I don't read the language very well. The rules about sorting garbage was a little frustrating. If they would like customers to sort garbage then they need to provide garbage bags and instructions clearly how it should be sorted

We are so so happy to be given such a nice review from you! :> Every building of TATERU bnb is vey new building which was built in this year and 1-2 years ago and it was attached so new and trendy design to the every single part of the room. Also it has perfect location to enjoy convenient stores and tour spots like you commented. :>
We apologize for the inconvenience from check in center and misleading. We do bnb service having over 21 buildings in Fukuoka and running front desks at every single building is actually impossible.
and i really apologize for not letting you know sorting garbage.
it was our staff's fault.

なにしろ汚い！
足裏真っ黒になる室内とシミだらけの布団、埃が凄すぎて掃除しないと機能しない浴室乾燥…ロフトは暑すぎて眠れないほど…サーキュレーターはあるものの、埃が凄すぎて使えず…ソファーもシミだらけだし、痒くなる…小さな虫もいたのは百歩譲って外から入って来たとしよう…ベッドやタオル干しラックはネジが緩んでいでガタガタする。
ベッドのネジは締めたほうがいい。寝返りのたび歪み揺れて怖い

洗面台の異臭がひどく、トイレに座るたびに苦痛だった。
配管洗浄してください。
改善後、報告をお願いします。
