Great concept, flawed execution
Posted 21 May 2024 on HotelsCheck-in was terrible. The iPads were not responsive, and the instructions were not clear in English. Management was not available via intercom nor was there an English speaker at the phone number. Had a guest who spoke both English and Japaneese walked in we would not have been able to check in. The room was fine - not fully clean (dirty towel on table) and the sink was dirty.

Small little condo style hotel
Posted 18 Feb 2024 on HotelsThere really is nothing necessarily terrible about this property but nor is it as nice or as large as some other properties near by. Location is pretty close to the airport as well as Lala Port and Hakata station.
The biggest downside is the lack of parking, and getting in the front security door is kind of a huge pain in the rear, finally the unit is quite small and ideal for 3 people max.

If you stay at this property then you should know that you will need to go to another hotel to check in. After check in take a taxi from that hotel to the actual hotel.
If you are choosing this hotel because close to airport then don’t because the check in is not close.
They will not come to the property even with three staff on hand at the other hotel.
Staff only speaks Japanese.
This is an apartment building and not an actual hotel.

The facilities seemed new and in great condition. There was a washing machine available as well as a small kitchen. Definitely would be a nice place to stay long term. My only issue was that the check in counter and actual hotel were about a 20 minute walk away from each other. We weren't informed about a shuttle service if there was one so we had to carry our luggage after a long day of sightseeing. Making this more clear would be helpful.

PROPERTY IS GOOD BUT SERVICE IS NOT
Posted 10 Jan 2020 on HotelsHOTEL IS GOOD BUT THE CHECK-IN PLACE AND HOTEL IS QUITE FAR IT TAKE 20 MINUTES BY WALK. IF YOU HAVE LUGGAGE THEN IT BECOMES VERY EXHAUSTIVE WALK FROM RECEPTION TO HOTEL.
MORE IMPORTANTLY IF STAY IS LONGER HOTEL IS NOT CLEANING ROOM AND CHANGING THE BED SHEET & TOWELS THAT YOU HAVE TO WASH BY USING WASHING MACHINE.

Good apartment for family

Bad for the front desk location which is around 15 mins walk from the property. Also, the property address stated in hotel.com is different from the actual one.
