Very close to the station so easy to just walk here from a train. Direct area around it is busy but a bit grimy. Still very walkable to shopping or to the street vendors

Nice hotel outlook and common areas but a bit old and lack of maintenance inside the room. Location is walkable distance to the Train station and a lot of eating places around the hotel location.

Nicely located near Hakata Station with a lot of places to shop and eat. The place was nicely run and staff are courteous and helpful. The other critics are there were obvious stains on the carpet by the bedside on all three rooms that I have stayed. Hope management can take notice. Apart from that I do recommend this hotel.

It is very nice and the staff are very helpful and kind. Also it has a very good buffet breakfast.

The hallway smelled awful, hotel was outdated, and there was very little in the way of amenities. Staff were not very welcoming or helpful. Great location but that was about it. Bathroom was outdated with lots of black mold on the tub. Definitely wouldn't reccomend.

Nice Halloween decorations and free candies for guests, plenty of amenities, amazing breakfast buffet, spacious room, free laundry is a plus! Amazing staff and customer service! Hotel very close to the airport, location is amazing!
