위치좋고. 조용하고. 편의점 가깝고. 하카타역 가깝고.
호텔 시설 깔끔하고. 주변이 상대적으로 조용함.
But,
주차직원의 안내가 없어서 외부에 주차하기도 했고.
주차 직원과의 의사소통이 조금 불편했고.
타 지역에서는 변덕스러운 날씨로인해 우산을 준비해주던데, 이에비해 우산같은 작은 소품들이 없는것이 살짝 아쉬웠음.

Excellent location and fairly new and well maintained. Free grounded bean coffee, ice cream, red and white wine and juices during happy hour.

Staffs are nice and provide quick check in and check out service, hotel is close by to bus terminal and train station , location is really great.

The hotel doesn't seem that old, but the room was pretty worn out (lots of peeling wallpaper). The biggest issue was that the WiFi has such poor reception in the room it was unusable.
