Japanese business hotel so rooms are small but well appointed. A very nice hotel!

Very convenient.
Free dessert and coffee coupons received. Despite the fact they had numerous selections of pastries on display, they refused to let us choose! They gave us what had the most inventory. Ridiculous 😩
The breakfast buffet was an awful experience with so many tourists rushing to catch their next bus. The food was equally disappointing so we will not return

there was a drainage problem of the sink in the room, but the staff did not discover and solve the problem before the check in. The problem was being solved after we have informed the front desk.
Furthermore, the foreign staff of the front desk was impolite during the check in process and it was an unpleasant experience for visitors as they are engaged in the hospitality industry and should have offered better quality of services.
But the location of the hotel is good, just 1min walk from the JR Hakata station. There are lots of restaurant and shopping areas around the hotel.
