The hotel is clean and near the subway line that connects to Hakata and the airport which is rather convenient. The staffs are polite and helpful. Would recommend my friends and relatives to stay this hotel.

The hotel location is good (subway just few mins away), but the room size is relatively small as for twin bed. The bed is too soft. Public bath might get over crowded at late night and suprisingly in the morning. Breakfast was great. There are lots of shopping malls and resturants around. Overall is still a great place to stay.

Excellent customer service and nice restaurant just off the lobby. Very convenient location with easy access to subway. Fukuoka airport only 4 stops away on Kuko-line.

Not a 4-star hotel!
Posted 4 Aug 2024 on HotelsWe booked the deluxe twin room and it is very small. Basically no space between the two single beds. Hot bath does not have towel and need to bring the room towel. Not really offering 4-star service and the price is the highest for this trip so far - we have been to Kyoto, Kobe and Kagoshima.
