The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel location was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We plan stay there the next time we go to Fukuoka, Japan.

Our favourite thing about mitsui garden was the roof top onsen. Everything was so clean, ambiance was beautiful, loved that we had the option to be outside, the steam room was a bonus, and the products provided was lovely as well. Both my boyfriend and I could've stayed way longer. We wished there was a private onsen option to book. The check in and out was seamless. The room was pretty standard and clean. We had a double room and had a view of a cemetery. Staff here was so nice and helpful. Anything we needed help with they were able to assist. We would definitely book again because of the staff and onsen.
