Worse property i have ever stayed at. Room smelt bad, dishes were dirty, there was a used towel under the sink, and hair in the shower.

Location is the only benefit

And the staff doesnt speak English at all.
I wanted to request to change the room because the middle of mattress was curved.

Need New Cleaner
Posted 3 Jan 2021 on HotelsThe location was convenient and the condition of the building was new, but the overall cleanliness of the room was a disappointment.
If you need a 4 bed room (4+ people), yes, it's a good option, but if not, I'd recommend booking a hotel nearby as the amenities and cleanliness lacking.

Good location
Posted 29 Oct 2020 on HotelsVery clean apartment with a front desk. It newly opened in September 2020. It's also in a good location in front of a historical house and located close to nightlife, yet very quiet, because it's on the other side of the river.

ベットマットのスプリングが弱っていて座りぐせがついてるため違和感があった。

立地がとても良く、中洲の屋台、キャナルシティ、天神辺りまでは徒歩15分程で行けます。中洲川端の駅も徒歩5分ほどだと思います。ベッドの敷布団が薄く、バネが背中に当たる感じと真ん中が凹んでいるのが不満でした。部屋は普通に清潔です。
