When I opened the curtains of the only window in the room, all I can see is a dark wall of the closely erected adjacent building.
The view is totally blocked. Essentially it is the same as if the room has no window

This hotel is very close to Hakata Station. It is located at Chikushiguchi entrance. I highly recommend this if you want stay near by Hakata station.

Black dots found on ceiling
Cockroach and sliverfish appeared in my room
They changed room for me and it’s much clean

A perfect location to stay if you need to be next the train station and all the amenities

The bed’s condition in my room is poor. I launched a complaint and request to change. The reacted immediately. The bed was much better after changing.

Just a few minutes walk from Hakata Station with very good breakfast value made this choice a good one

The staff helping to keep the luggage was rude. We talked to her politely and asked to keep the luggage which is a very common request but she sounds impatient and unhappy. First time having this experience for such simple request
