5人家族で利用しましたが、ダブルベッドが4つとソファーもあり気持ちよく寝ることが出来ました。お風呂も広く、トイレも各部屋にあり便利でした。エレベーターが開くと玄関だったので、最初はどうなってるのかわかりませんでしたが、1フロア2部屋使えて良かったです。文句なしです。ありがとうございました♪

ロビーの通信状況が悪く(特にdocomo、au電波が捕まらなかった)、PayPayやクレジットカード(QR読取型)での宿泊税の支払いに苦慮した。予約時にまとめて請求いただけないものでしょうか？ クレジットカード(QR)はその後の情報入力も手間がかかりタッチ型にしてほしかったです。 シャワーが温水冷水分離タイプなので温度調整型にしてほしかったです。

Rooms are clean and neat, location is great! We enjoyed the city view at 10F on day and night! Even though the door lock went out of battery, the staff came over quickly and solve the problem. We would definitely choose here for our next trip to Hakata! Highly recommended!
