Feels a little sketchy but is still pretty safe. Use the earplugs though! There is a nearby restaurant called Japonica that only has hamburg steak, and it's amazing! Best I've had in my life. If youโ€™re interested, it's super close so definitely check it out

The hostel was in a convenient spot for our time in fukuoka. Check-in and checkout were super easy. My only complaint is the bed was very uncomfortable. In general, all of our stays in japan had firmer beda but this bed made it hard to get good sleep. Overall would recommend for location and price but wish the beds were better

Very noisy, in the middle of the night I can hear the noise of carry case, toilet water, flashing water, talking around my room all night. My private room has no window and very tiny room. I cancel the next day stay due to the noise, Theo gave me very hard time.
