Great location, spacious room and buffet breakfast but I lost my item in my room and it was not found yet so it’s one of the reason why I don’t like it. I believe the cleaner might keep it.

The only thing that I had to get used to was the step I had to take to get into the bathroom. The bathroom floor was a step higher than the room floor.

Is very close to Hakata station, the lobby/area is pretty and the public bath facilities are quite nice. The main problems we had were with check-in - the passport scanners do not work properly so it took longer than usual and was kind of frustrating. Also the room's air conditioning is weak, it took quite a while to get my room cool (in a hot summer). Service was good overall though and the staff was great.
