The lady staff ( Kumamoto? )on duty on 9th night and 10th Nov morning was very friendly, patient and professional in handling the queries and check in/out procedures. The hotel is a good budget hotel brand locally but i am giving 4 stars only so that 5 stars can be given to "staff and services" option to thank this staff for her excellent services.

It’s an average hotel, so I understand. My room happened to have a bit of wet smell and the cleanliness was ok with some dust here and there. Location was good, about 10min from Hakata station which I like, and not too far from Nakasu area.

Amazing property, conveniently located near amazing restaurants with convenient laundry services on property. Staff are pleasant and helpful, taxi services very accessible and affordable.
