Delicious healthy breakfast and the best coffee, I've tasted in a long time, I had to go back for another. " My partner and I spent 8 nights at Riu Jambo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and overlooked the beach, which made for a beautiful setting. Housekeeping maintained it well, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh and comfortable. The staff at Riu Jambo were outstanding — always full of energy, warm, and incredibly helpful. I unfortunately had an accident while in Zanzibar (unrelated to the hotel), and the way the staff supported me during my recovery was truly exceptional. They were accommodating, caring, and always ready to assist. A special thank you to William, who we often saw in the buffet dining room. He was a pleasure to speak with and always made sure my partner and I were comfortable and well looked after. The rest of the breakfast and dinner team were equally amazing — attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. While the food could be a little repetitive at times, there was a wide variety and something to suit everyone’s tastes. If I return to Zanzibar, I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Riu Jambo for making our experience so positive — a well-deserved 10/10!"

"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at LUX at the end of May — the place is absolutely beautiful! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff made our experience truly special. A big shoutout to Kennedy at the front desk — his hospitality was out of this world! So pleasant and polite, he took the time to show us around and made us feel at home right away. Huge thanks to Abdul at the cashier desk for the amazing upgrade to the Executive Beach Front Room #9 — what a treat! And Ali at Café LUX, thank you for your help — such a well-mannered young man. We will definitely be coming back again! "

"This was an exceptional stay. The accomodations at The Level were beautiful and clean and beyond what I expected. Every detail was considered e.g. The toiletries were top notch and the room had everything you could need including beach blankets beach bags, umbrellas, steamer for your clothes.The list is endless. The pool areas ( there where several) were comfortable relaxing and clean and there were several activities, games and excursons. The Spa is amazing and the gym had everything one needs. The staff were friendly and the service impeccable from reception, restuarant service, housekeeping and the guys driving the shuttles within the resort. The grounds were beautiful and quiet with accress to a large expanse of the coastline. The only thing that needs improving is the food. For the cost and the level of excellence in other aspects of the resort, the food offerings need to be improved in terms of range of options and flavour. I also koted that there were some kids in the adults only section. They were well behaved and did not bother me but others may not appreciate it. Neither of these, would stop me from going back in a heartbeat. one of my best vacations ever. "

"Awesome location and view of the Indian Ocean. From our balcony we had direct view of the beach and the ocean. The room was spacious, with nice and comfortable furniture, and bedding. Very nicely decorated. Very clean and one of the best stays that we had. Staff were super nice and accommodating. We loved having drinks and appetizers outside on the deck. Live music added to the very pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely stay here again. "
