If you want an onsen experience this is a hotel to book
It comes with in the room dining and breakfast provided
The bed were really comfortable the sheets are so comfortable! Hoping to buy some online!
Service is exceptional
Lots of things to do in the hotel great experience!

Me and my son love it. The room with the pool, with the view to Mount Fuji was the highlight of our trip. The 9 course menu was delicious. Very clean. Well come back

Absolutely a wonderful experience!!! The garden is stunning. Amazing view! Room is wonderful, food is delicious and the staff is very kind and welcoming. Loved every minute of it.

This property was an amazing escape from the bustling cities in Japan. The staff was attentive and welcoming. Our dinner was great and the dinner service was top notch. Our room included access to a great breakfast buffet, as well as a drink in the wine lounge, and snacks/treats in another lounge. The garden and tea service were wonderful as well. My husband enjoyed the rooftop onsen during sunrise (as the sun peeked over Mt. Fuji) - sadly, I wasn't able to check it out since the women-only time was in the evening and we had dinner at that time.
Our only complaint was the lack of information readily available about getting to the property. When we arrived, after a rather stressful bus ride, local bus ride, and then a difficult walk, we inquired about how to get to the Shinkansen the following day and learned about a shuttle that we wish we had known about sooner.

5/5 stars. The staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms and the private onsen in our room was absolutely amazing. I was afraid because my partner and I had tattoos that we would be treated differently, but instead they made us feel welcome and special! I will be definitely be coming back to this place the next time I'm in Japan. Also, the garden was stunning. If you can find the Mt. Fuji viewing gazebo, you can get some really awesome pictures of Mt. Fuji.
