Great stay next to Lake Kawaguchi. The room was clean, staff were friendly, and the includes breakfast was a plus. Would definitely recommend!

Location is walking distance from Kawaguchiko station and Mt Fuji Panoramic ropeway...and the view of the lake just in front of the hotel..

I had to leave earlier in the morning than I originally expected, so I was going to miss the complimentary breakfast. When I told the staff to cancel my breakfast, they offered me a lunch bento to take with me instead. Incredible service and very kind staff.

The room is not clean and has quite some dust at the door handle, air grill in the bathroom.

We stayed in their condo as a splurge for our honeymoon and VERY glad we did. Things close early in the area so we knew we wanted a great place to stay and relax. As a vacation hotel room, this space is amazing! I will say though, quality of what is within the room was a bit inconsistent with how luxe it appeared, for example: toilet paper was terrible, towels were super thin and rough, the laundry room included was actually super tiny under a staircase and a shock that they'd even want guests to step in there (I ended up paying for the coin laundry down the street which was SO nice). So despite the room aesthetics being super nice, there was definitely some head tilting moments of wondering if some things were neglected and cheap, and just nice at the surface... I don't feel inclined to book again.

Beautiful hotel, amazing service and food. The roof top osen was clean with a great view of the lake.
