We were pleasantly surprised with our experience. Given the price, we did not expect much but as we needed a place to sleep and go in the morning all we hoped for was a clean, safe place. The Hotel Marbella's staff was friendly and helpful, the room was small but clean (and all in all what we actually needed for this 1 night) and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel is a few minutes to the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. Considering the price, I believe the hotel over-delivered.

For the price we paid our stay was excellent, friendly staff, a simply decorated room with a very comfortable bed and good shower, will definitely sray again.

there was smell of mold in the room, toilet was broken and shower holder, security locker was broken, and there were bed bugs. Awful room with the money i paid.

We are sorry that your stay was not as you had hoped.After checking the room after you left, the only thing broken was the safe, but as you well know, you will be given the key to it.What we will not allow is for you to lie and say that there were bedbugs, as this is a very serious accusation.Ants, sir. Ants were what was found in your room, they are two very different things. This hotel was perfectly located with many convenient stores nearby, however, there were some conditions that needed improvement.
The shower didnt have a big enough door and the water would splash EVERYWHERE. The room for 3 people was way too small. It would fit a queen bed, instead, they placed 3 small beds that would make it almost impossible to walk through..
Overall the place was good and convenient.

Nice staff. Hotel needs some upgrade, but definitely clean. Very difficult access from any road as we had to drag suitcases from parking garage😬
