I was told by agent that I could not have the property I paid for as booking was made on day I wanted to begin reservation as their deposit system couldn’t process less than 24 hours. He offered me another no deposit room but for €200 more. I almost paid it until I was told that the swimming pools were closed from September and lied about it being a city policy. It is not. They then tried deleting messages when I said I would not pay the extra but luckily I deleted them. These people are scammers and Expedia have not done due diligence or followed up complaint. Please book elsewhere

IT'S A SCAM
This is a con. You pay your money but you will not get an apartment. Just like the other reviews say. Host doesn't respond to messages or calls. Then, last minute just before arrival comes up with a load of conditions you must meet to get the keys. Including photographing and emailing your credit card - really! The host will not meet you at the property - I waited 2 hours outside it. Then the host just stops responding once more, pockets your money and makes the apartment available for rent again. Had to book into a hotel instead.

BEWARE the CRAZY rules -easy to way to waste money
BEWARE! Crazy system - you have to call them the DAY before you stay to organise entry. I didn’t see that instruction so missed it. Apartments almost impossible to find then wait for this - you have only a 2 hour check in slot. If you miss it (I did so my fault) you don’t get to stay! You paid for nothing! I stay in Fuengirola possibly 50 nights a year. I will 100% never stay at this place again because the entry system is terrible. Silly instructions and as a result beware - far easier options available. It’s cheap for a reason. Also located in a very loud area with a lot of loud music. Put simply, in my view, a very poor choice to be avoided.

No puedo nada más que criticar y denunciar el pésimo trato recibido, llegando hasta el punto de no alojarme en el apartamento y perder el pago por la reserva mas tasas. Los administradores de la finca ignoraron continuamente mis intentos de comunicación vía telefónica o mensajería instantánea. Sólo conseguí respuesta utilizando el servicio de atención al cliente de Hoteles.com y pude empezar los trámites previos a la entrada, a saber, envío de documentación de los huéspedes y pago de fianza por valor de 300€. Para el pago de la fianza utilizan la plataforma de pago "SumUp", la cual, no acepta todas las entidades bancarias y, en mi caso, esta plataforma dio fallo de comunicación con los servidores durante 4 horas y probando con 5 tarjetas diferentes. Los administradores no aceptan otro método para el abono de la fianza, obviamente, no se pueden responsabilizar por los fallos de la plataforma de pago "SumUp" y como contrapartida te ofrecen otros alojamientos por precio muy superior. Poniendo números, reservé este alojamiento por 90 euros por un día y me ofrecieron otro alojamiento sin fianza por 110 euros más a los ya abonados. No llega a ser estafa pero está en el límite. Lo que sí puedo denunciar es la nula comunicación por parte de los administradores. Ni después de realizar la reserva, ni 24 horas antes, ni el mismo día de la entrada.

Pues me gustaría decir que fue excelente pero no fue así ya que todo es un engaño y una estafa , primero nunca pude llegar al hotel por que cuando haces la reserva no te ponen un montón de requisitos que debes dar luego de hacer la reserva y si no tienes alguno de ellos pierdes la reserva y pierdes el dinero hice dos reserva y en ambas perdí el dinero sin reembolsos nunca respondían mis correos ni las llamada todo una estafa la verdad
