Close to all amenities trains busdes back great food places all around I will be back for sure 👍the only down was Expedia got my dates wrong could not speak to them mostly AI

The room was good and clean although the bathroom requires improvement and renewed. My comments that the apartment was noisy is due to building work being carried out next door to the hotel.

Unfortunately the first room offered was a tiny box room with a very small window. Staff quickly resolved this by changing my room. As I travel alone I had asked for a room with a view as I don’t go out in the evening, sadly my room with a view was of a hotel being built directly opposite hotel Agur…. Close enough for the builders to have a conversation with me during their lunch break!!!
While at reception I also noted other guests complaining about the same point. I don’t suppose hotel Agur had any choice as to the building of another hotel right at the side of their hotel. If like me you want a nice evening view I think you need to find a less built up area.
All other aspects were good and hotel was clean and safe.

Room smells of drains. Bathroom is modern. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast adequate. Good value.

Had to book this hotel as other apartment I booked wasn’t what I expected
Booked it at door and front manager was very understandable

The noise from the building work. Shower was not very good.only 1 blackout curtain should have had 2. I told hotel about these problems
