When you need to take a break from the beach, head to Fuengirola Adventure Golf for a change of scenery and a fun challenge for all the family. See how good your putting skills are as you complete a quirky course consisting of 19 holes.
Admire the layout of the miniature golf course. It is located within easy walking distance of the beach and sits right on the bank of the pretty Fuengirola river. The green ground of the course itself is accented with lovely palm trees, scenic bridges and little ponds. Ten of the holes involve water in some way, adding to the challenge while enhancing the beauty of the course.
Whether you are totally new to golf or are looking to build your existing skills, the course offers an easy-going method of getting some practice. Children will love the novelty of the interesting set-up of the holes. Choose to go it alone or play in a group. As the maximum group size is six, it’s likely most of the members of your family will be able to play together.
Set aside around an hour to complete the entire course. Keep track of your scores using the pencil and score card provided.
When you are finished at the course, explore some of the other interesting sights in the area. Take in stunning sea views from the Castillo Sohail, a 10th-century castle located on a hill nearby. Or, prepare for more family fun as you head to the Parque de Poniente playground. Just minutes away on foot, the Santa Amalia Beach marks the start of Fuengirola’s longest stretch of sand. This beautiful coastline has excellent facilities and offers a great selection of beachfront bars and restaurants.
