I liked that this location was convenient to a lot of transportation, dining, and shopping in the Fuchu area.

I had some issue with the water not working in their annex hotel , but staff contacted their other hotel, a short walk away where the water was on and I could shower. The rooms themselves, especially the bathrooms seem not quite dirty, but a little shoddy. If you're in a tight bind and need somewhere cheapish to stay, then it's fine. The staff are very polite and helpful

The cleaning service for the room is very poor. I won’t return there unless there is no alternative.

Hotel is close to Fuchu, Tokyo train station (walk

Pros: Maybe BUT NOT VIA EXPEDIA
Cons: Expedia should much user friendly and should be standard across the globe
Hotel was OK but I have a bit frustrating experience about the Expedia admin. Initially I booked this hotel from 24 to 27 September. Due to change in plan, I edited this booking on the night of 22 Sep and changed my booking from 24 to 26 September 2017. On the computer system, my change was successful. However, when I went to check in the hotel alleged that I had two bookings: one from 24 to 27 SE and one from 24-26 Sep. I explained to the Hotel Staff about edited change but would not listen to any thing. In fact Expedia had charged my for two booking in the same hotel for the same period. Hotel staff very poor English or no English!!!! It was undesirable and frustrating as Expedia was not communicating to the LiVEMAX hotels at Fuchu Tokyo properly. It was also surprising that Expedia in Japan would not talk to the Expedia in Australia and customer would not have access to Australian Expedia while in Japan (only Japanese Expedia was accessible) but no ability to communicate to Australian Expedia while in Japan. This really frustrating. Can Expedia please return the extra charge to my card card for the booking from 24 to 27 Sep please? Thank you

Convenient hotel with basic amenities

Posted 27 Apr 2017
Pros: Room was spacious
Cons: Can do with a renovation. Carpet doesn't look particularly clean.
Location: 5-10 min walk from Fuchu station. Lots of restaurants and multiple supermarkets nearby.
Convenient hotel near Fuchu station. I stayed there for 5 nights on a business trip. They had a discount for staying 3 nights. It has all the amenities needed including a microwave, fridge, washer in the room. It also has a stove. There were no pots or pans or plates or utensils though, so you have to bring your own? Maybe the reception can lend out some. I didn't need to cook. There were plenty of restaurants in the area. Hotel is a little old.

Will try other hotels next time

The hotel is close to the Fuchu station (about 4 minute walk) but the room we stayed in was no longer well maintained. It had a stinky smell and upon check in when we opened the door of the toilet we smelled cigarette smoke and the toilet bowl appeared not to have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. The white bed sheets seemed to be newly washed/replaced but the comforters/bed covers seemed not to have been washed/replaced for a long time.

Great location, only a 5-10min walk to Fuchu station whic is 20 mins train to Shinjuku on an express line. Hotel is small but clean. Also close to local shops with a great variety to choose from.
