I stayed here for five nights and had a very nice time. The room was clean and the hotel had everything that I needed. The hotel is in a convenient location near Fuchu station.
Two things you should know:
(1) the rooms are small, but cozy
(2) the hotel doesn't have many English signs outside so you might have to search for it

寝るだけの利用なので十分でした。

大浴場が、男女交代なのですが、女性は21時までで、早いので、2時間単位に交代にして欲しいです。
