The hotel's location was a key deciding factor for choosing the stay. Another key factor was the description and style of the hotel, in the colonial German style of southern Chile. Both of these factors did result in really enjoying the stay at the hotel. Just a block away from the lakeside beach, and a few more from the Theater by the Lake, and various restaurants. The mirador within the hotel garden gives a fantastic view of the lake and the volcano.
The hotel rooms are updated rooms and ours had upstairs bedrooms. Front desk service and information was very professional and helpful. Parking though limited for guests was streetside. We are very willing to return for another visit on our next stay in Frutillar.

outside area and garden is very nice and well mantained.
breakfast is delicious.
but what I really like the most, was the attention of the staff, very nice and friendly people, always available and eager to make my stay comfortable.
definitely reccomended.
