First, our room REEKED of smoke so we had to switch rooms to something that wasn't what we booked. Then there was a tiny table in the corner (too small to set up a workspace) with no electrical outlets so I had to go get an extension cord just to use my laptop and charge my phone. The bathroom was too tiny to close the door once you're inside. The fan was loud and the toilet ran all night despite us asking multiple times for someone to fix it. Housekeeping didn't come to our room, not ONCE. No trash taken out, sheets changed, towels, mini coffee refills, and we asked multiple times a day for that to happen. Breakfast is bare bones. The hot tub was freezing. No one was ever at the desk for help. Our keys randomly stopped working so after walking all the way to the room we'd have to walk all the way back down to wait to be let in. Only want to shout out one of the young men who works there was very nice, but the other one never even took his headphones out and was very unpleasant. We've had decent experiences at this place in the past but this time was awful.

I was pleasantly surprised by this stay for the price-very nice staff, clean, and the bed was comfortable! Curtains kept it dark in the room to sleep in. Was only there one night but was very happy with my stay!

$30 Damage deposit???

We apologize you were not aware of the security deposit. There is a 30 refundalbe security deposit issued at checkin for every reservation. This is stated under policies on our website as well as expedias website. We looked at your foilo and the 30 was refunded on our end, however it does take 3-10 buisness days for your bank/ credit card comapny to process the refund on their end.

Nicest Super 8 I've ever been to! Great staff, hot tub, in the middle of town. Wish the breakfast had a bit more but hey for the price, it was perfect. Thanks!
