Difficult check in
Posted 3 Apr 2024 on HotelsCheck in was awful. No one ther so we had to use the auto check in which is complicated if your not used to it. Other than that everything was ok

1) No hand soap
2) Sketchy area
3) Worst breakfast on planet Earth
4) Did not see a human being attending the hotel

B&B Nancy Frouard - convenient but disappointing
Posted 19 Apr 2022 on HotelsConveniently located and inexpensive, so ideal for a stopover during a long drive. Our family room had a mezzanine with 2 single beds which was fine, however the main level was extremely small - only enough space for one person to stand beside the bed.
We could live with those points given the price was very reasonable. Our only gripe was cleanliness - the room was dirty. Yes, the bed linen was crisp and clean, however the rest of the room needed a proper deep clean. My wife spent 30 minutes sanitising everything - including the ciommunsl elevator which was grotty around the buttons etc.
