Air conditioning was broken in our room and we couldn't be switched to another room. Staff was great in trying to accommodate

Will not stay here next trip
Posted 5 Aug 2024 on HotelsI was planning on staying next door at the hotel that is like $50/night cheaper. That is the place we have always stayed at and been very happy, but with the weather as hot as it was, we caved in and chose the Hampton with a pool! Only to find the pool wasn't open! And that the Hampton wouldn't give us any discount! So we wasted over a hundred dollars! Next the ice-maker on our floor didn't work! And to top it off we sat at breakfast for an hour waiting for coffee, that had gone empty, with no one around to refill, even though we told the desk that it was gone! After this experience, we not pay to stay at a Hampton Inn again!

Temporarily Out of Order

Pool, washer and dryer, and ice maker on our floor had “Temporary out of Order” signs that appeared to have been posted for awhile
