Don't go there!

A truly horrible experience. Do not recommend anyone to go to this place. First of all we arrived at night they went to the parking lot they did not know English they drove us crazy they brought us to another hotel that also belongs to them and just understood that it was a mistake and we were right. The room had a heavy smell of smoking even though it was nonsmoking rooms, they did not know any English was hard to communicate sucks at the levels we just wanted to go and leave the place no one helped us. We took dinner from them because we were just disappointed they did not give us compensation, the food was disgusting just a terrible experience.

Everything was unique about the property! They had great stuff that prepared great breakfast and the rooms were spotless!

Soggiorno davvero bello anche se eravamo solo di passaggio come sosta di un lungo viaggio. Abbiamo soggiornato in una suite io, mia moglie e nostra figlia di due anni. Arrivati stanchissimi e con ore di ritardo dalla nostra tabella di marcia abbiamo potuto cenare in tranquillità al ristorante della struttura che è ampio, ben attrezzato e la qualità della cucina non sembra male. Parlando delle suite sono davvero confortevoli e accoglienti. L'ambiente curato e dal design moderno dà l'impressione di essere un posto molto esclusivo per cui una bella esperienza da vivere in coppia o con la propria famiglia. Personale disponibile e gentile. P.S Ottima anche la domotica

Avevamo chiesto una camera per tre con un bambino di nove anni e ci hanno fornito una camera con un letto a due piazze e mezzo con una culla.
