Basic budget close to coast

A difficult one to 'grade' overall
Posted 13 Aug 2012 on HotelsAn unusual room for family of 4 with two singles in the main part of the room and then a double bed on the mezzanine. Made for quite a bit of space but as the room was in the 'eaves', as it appears all of the first floor rooms are, there was only a velux window in the sloping roof and we could not see out at all making the room a bit dreary. All in all if you add up the features, the hotel was fine but the location is rather industrial and access to car park is through a busy lorry park. Breakfast on the terrace was good with a reasonable choice of food. Would I go back again? Probably not. OK for a one night stop over but have stayed in better for less or the same money.
