"Nous sommes venus en couple avec 1 bébé d’un an. Le lit parapluie et la chaise haute nous ont été mis à disposition. Les chalets sont très confortables et la décoration soignée, on s’y sent vraiment bien ! La cuisine et la salle de bain sont comme neuves et tres fonctionnelles. On ne manque de rien. "Los empleados del alojamiento fueron súper agradables, educados y atentos. En general la limpieza es bastante buena y la única pega fue que tuvimos que alquilar las sábanas y toallas. Destacar la maravilla que es poder descansar en la piscina climatizada después de las rutas increíbles que hicimos en los alrededores del precioso pueblo."

We paid extra for a room with a kitchenette which was convenient for keeping our breakfast things, making coffee and keeping our beers cold. "This is a nice hotel that is a 5 minute walk to the old city. We paid extra for a room with a kitchenette which was convenient for keeping our breakfast things, making coffee and keeping our beers cold. There is a grocery store on the same road as the hotel, on the way to the old city. There is also free parking in a lot 2 blocks behind the hotel. It backs onto the castle grounds. There are two decent restaurants near the side entrance to the Cathedral and several more behind the Cathedral that have tables outside in a big sunny plaza. The staff at the hotel were really nice and helpful."

"Reception were very welcoming and shared information about the area. Check-in was swift. Parking was easy. Room was a good size with lots of wardrobe space and a safe was available. Shower over bath, needed a little tlc re blackening of the sealant - care needed in the shower as water can suddenly run very hot. Set times for booking in the restaurant - not a problem. The food was absolutely amazing in all aspects - presentation and so delicious - we made compliments to the chef each evening we dined here. Lots of relaxation areas available. A very relaxed, comfortable property. Look forward to the possibility of staying here again in the future."

"Friendly introduction and service was excellent for the 3 nights. Well located near ciudad central. Great elevator, be sure to use it. Room "edelweiss" was large, two sofa chairs, large windows for ventilation, even in summer. Breakfast was "Spain". Again, service was great, rates were more than reasonable."
