We chose this hotel as it was convenient for visiting a family member who lives round the corner, otherwise we would have booked elsewhere. The bedding in the room was clean but old and the pillows were really lumpy. Communal areas were not very clean and the lift was out of action for most of our stay. Staff were ok, typical Berlin grumpiness but we're used to that. I wouldnt recommend this hotel and wouldn't stay here again. You get what you pay for I supppse!

The picture used in the add looks nothing like the actual hotel rooms. The sink was clogged, wifi kept going off, extremely loud.

The room was clean however the curtains were dirty and did not cover the full window.
The area around is very dirty. It is close to the S and U trains.
Saturday night very loud music played until 4.30 in the morning. A friend stayed at Melia Berlin for a little more so next time we will stay there.
