Bad service and horrible attitude from the owner

I had a group of people, so I’ve paid big money and that’s what I’ve got: – Owner of the the hotel was complaining that our van is too big for their open parking and he didn’t care that I've booked five rooms so I could park five cars (that's way more than one van). – When I was requesting cleaning service with the proper sign on the door – they ignored. – They had LOUD repair works from 9 AM. When I was telling to receptionist that 9 AM it’s a bit early for that kind of works and people want to sleep – they ignored. – No air conditioner. Hotel is not really bad and they have pretty nice shower room, but service...

Es ist nicht das Neuste und sauberste Hotel. Aber es hat tolle Familienappartements wo man gut 1-2 Nächte verbringen kann. Das Frühstück würde ich auslassen. Kaffe kann man einfach nehmen. Brotaufstriche usw. muss man aus einem Automat gegen Bezahlung rauslassen.

Check in hat nicht so geklappt bekamen keinen code vorher somit standen wir vor verschlossenen Türen danke an Expedia die schnell geholfen haben. Eine entschuldigung oder ein guddi wäre nett gewesen.
