Good value for the price, good location close to the train station. The building itself is quite old but kept in good condition, quite modern in the inside.

NH Hotel, good for business in Fribourg
Posted 31 Jan 2020 on HotelsHotel is in the centre of town. The carpark out front is free from 18:30 - 08:00 and then 1CHF p/h. Hotel is fine with good breakfast and the rooms are a reasonable sized, modern and clean.
Lift is pretty slow
The mattresses on the bed(s) need to be replaced, they are U-shaped due to use and hence not the most comfortable. I would stay here again, options in Fribourg are limited.

Posted 28 Jul 2019 on HotelsProblem was it was 36c both days and the hotel is not air conditioned - they kindly changed me to mountain view room but did not realize it would get full sun all day. First day my room was 40c - I had a small fan and had to sleep with a damp towel over me for comfort. Day 2 I was out all day but returned to a room like an oven. Would not recommend this hotel in the height of summer.
Staff were great.
