Room for improvement
Posted 10 Jun 2024 on HotelsEven though I don’t think it was intentional our check-in was a bit off putting. The air conditioning or fan didn’t work, quite stuffy so we had to leave windows open all night. Only one low pillow, found this uncomfortable even though bed comfortable. Carpets quite stained. Breakfast was 27CHF ($46 AUD each) felt this was very expensive. Pleased there was plenty of free parking. Easy walk into town centre.

Posted 11 Sep 2023 on HotelsReception asked if we wanted advice on where to eat, we declined but we only found one restaurant open as most places are closed on Mondays.
Mercure has a bar but was closed.

The next morning we were asked if we enjoyed are stay and said yes but room was very hot. We were then told air-con will not be installed until end of 2023. Not impressed.

Not worth the price you pay for
Posted 2 Jul 2023 on HotelsHotel was going under renovation when visited and it was a bit messy. Rooms were just OK but didn't feel comfortable. Breakfast was basic. But for this price you expect far far far more. Wouldn't stay again. Not the quality you pay for.
