I was abused on thé marchandise. I booked a double room for two persons and the hotel gave me a student room perfect for one person telling us that for the rate that we payed it was the room we deserved. Impossible to change room paying thé différence, impossible to leave the hôtel and to be reimbursed.

2. Details of our almost full establishment and the only available Economy room bookable

Twin beds please. Father and daughter will sleep toghether.

Please change your reservation to a Comfort Double Room, to respond to your needs

7. An error on our part what to justify, impossible to change room (full establishment) and no refund mentioned during our telephone interview

Good location to train station. Easy to get to by bus. But was a very noisy night with a restaurant below our window.

Great place!
Posted 6 Oct 2017 on HotelsGenerally a great place to stay. Nice decent surroundings with minimal noise. Friendly staff, very helpful. I liked how they were always willing to assist with directions around the city. The rooms and toilets were very clean. They have a hot water kettle plus complementary tea and coffee stuff in each room. I think that's awesome. They also have a shopping centre on one of the floors. Nice place to pick toiletries, chocolates, cereals or other stuff you may need. Another big plus is the proximity to Fribourg main train station. Just a short bus ride, like say 8-10 minutes. If I go to Fribourg again, I'd choose Au Park for sure.
