Posted 1 Jul 2024 on HotelsThis hotel was OK at best. The front desk is not staffed from 11 pm to 7 am, so you cannot check in or out during that time. Much of the staff seemed to look at customers as a bother. Breakfast was poorly supplied. i.e. eggs ran out quickly and were not replenished any time soon thereafter. Rooms were reasonably comfortable.

A Gem in the Black Forest
Posted 30 Jun 2024 on HotelsVery nice hotel in the Black Forest. We had a balcony, which was nice since it was raining. We could still sit outside. Excellent breakfast. Nice indoor and outdoor pools, but the weather wasn't swimming weather when we were there so we couldn't try it.

This is a very nice location and quite well run but could use some heavy duty maintenance. I would stay again but could not recommend to discerning travelers.

A brilliant place to rest.
