Nice rooms. Concerned that outside doors are not accessible with key. Is there a crime problem they’re not talking about?

Staff was very dishonest. Got charged for the blanket supposedly was missing after my check out. Called to clear out, but went through he said she said situation. Even the manager said would call back, never did!
Had never been accused of stealing or taking a blanket from the hotel!

I I love this property, I have been staying here around Thanksgiving time for many years. It is clean, quiet the staff is lovely. The property itself needs some updating and the pools needs to be heated. It almost does not seem safe to have such a cold body of water in the middle of the hotel.
