A nice hotel and the staff is helpful and great. The bedding is great and I like their mattress. I have a good sleep during my stay! This is the best mattress compared to the hotels I have ever stayed in. The bathroom design needs to improve a bit. When you close the bathroom door, the door is too close to the toilet, within 1 inch. And you have to stand aside which is a bit annoying. A few homeless people lie on the grass (roadside) next to the parking lot. I know the hotel cannot do anything about this, but it worried me. And I have to find a parking spot away from the roadside. The parking area close to the convention center is pretty dark at night and makes me feel unsafe.

I loved this hotel. Had everything I wanted. Walkable to all of downtown Visalia. Many restaurants and shops to choose from. I absolutely loved it. I use gym it was nice. Hotel had a nice breakfast to chose from. Close to College of Sequoias. They have live music. I didn’t go, but that’s a great feature. I recommend this hotel

It's not dirty, the property just shows all the signs of wear and use, it just needs to be refurbished. The parking gates are a mess, wastes people time and is frustrating.

The shower room is awkward NARROW ( never met it at any other Marriot we lived ) , also with mouldy spots, which made me sick … The window curtain is very dirty with yellow or mouldy spots … We loved room 619 , which is very noisy .. So far , the worst stay compared any hotel we have lived …. Ruined our trip to sequoia national park , cause had a horrible night slept in … In addition , the shower water is extremely small .. speechless …

The area around the property was nice, but the pool area was so dirty chairs had old towels thrown over them leaves all around the pool area chairs thrown all over the place and the area was not clean tables dirty With leftover food on them.

I liked that it was very convenient to get to the convention center. The room was very nice. The only thing that was ok was the curtain it was a bit hard to pull to open and close, it would also leave crumbs on the floor. The staff at the restaurant inside the hotel don’t remember the name need to be a little more friendly and ask if we would like to order. I didn’t get her name but I do remember she was African American
