We were treated poorly; the property was dirty. Very bad smell in the hallway. We booked another hotel across the way, Garden Hilton Inn, and stayed there and lost money in the room at Residence Inn which was a horrible experience.. Very disappointing. The sister hotel across the street… fabulous and super clean and A on friendliness and helpful. They felt bad for us.

Staff was so friendly yet professional. Treated us like family members! Room was very clean. I highly recommend this place!
