Staff was very helpful Room was really nice looked like it has been remodeled but hallway didn’t look very clean . Bathroom by front desk was not clean. Not much variety at breakfast

Noise level was expected next to the freeway. Rooms were very dirty and reeked of carpet powder. First room my son and I broke out in a rash. Staff was very accommodating to get us another room. He looked like he was bouncing around due to people having the same issues. Second room had rat feces in the carpet and a rat hole in the island. We left the property after that. Our money was refunded and we had no choice but to pay double at another hotel.

Stayed there for a night. Great place and close to shopping outlet and eatery.

Was charged 50 after told it would be only 50 dollar deposit ended up paying 100$

I loved the pet area right outside the back door of the hotel, which was convenient at 6am when I had to take them outside! The room was very clean except for the TV remote, which was sticky. Used a wipe to clean it. The shower was great. The room had everything I needed, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The reason I gave the room a 4 was the AC/heating unit. It kept waking me up because after it shut off it would click several times, which woke me up throughout the night. I should have gotten up to shut it off but I also didn’t want to be cold. I would stay there again. Also, it is close to different restaurants.
