Excellent staff, service and breakfast. Not all the rooms have a refrigerator or microwave, but all in all a good experience. We have stayed there before and always have a good experience.

Room was decent, got what was requested for my guests. I didnt like the problem my guests had duelt with when they told me that they didnt get a discount when i made the reservation for them in advance.

Property located in bad part of town. When we arrived, it looked like room had been cleaned by a child-- not thoroughly or attention to detail. We stayed 3 nights, and each evening when we returned, our key did not work so we had to go to office to reactivate it. Room was not cleaned first day (which would have been fine, but there was no sign to indicate this). When it was cleaned on second day, they only made one bed and left the other unmade... again, not a lot of attention to detail.

Inside the property is fine with me; however, outside the property seems to be unclean and the property should have an elevator.
